How to Make a Close Friends List?

If you want to make a close friend list, follow some instructions mentioned below:

• Open the app and go to your profile page by typing on the profile icon.
• Once you are on the profile page, choose three lines available at the right-hand corner to get the settings of your account. 
• A full list of new options will be available on the screen. Select close friends option from it and there will be a full list of users on your screen. 
• Select the people you want to add to your close friend list by tapping on the circle behind the names of users. 
• In starting, there will be a suggestion list based on how often you have conversations with the people. If you do not find names in this list, you can directly search for it. 
• Once done, tap on get started option to complete the close friends list. 

You can also add CFS once the close friend list is completed. 

How to Edit the CF List?

Many times we have already created CF lists and want to add new people to them. If this is the same scenario with you, start by editing the Close friends list. To do so, again go to the close friend’s option from the settings of the profile. There will be a list of people you have already added to the close friends list. To add a new one, just search for the names on the search bar and toggle them. This will add the new names to the list. 

This is not it. You can easily remove unwanted people from the close friends list. There are times when we mistakenly add others to our close friends lists. In such a scene, we would want to remove them from the close friends lists on Instagram. Just go on the close friends list, there will be users already on Instagram. At the side of the names, there will be tick marks. Untick the unwanted names, and they will be removed from the list. The best part is that nobody will ever know that they have been removed from the list.

• The first thing is to go to the option from where we add normal stories. To do so, open the profile page and tap the + icon to get multiple options. 
• Tap on the story and select the picture or video you want to post as a story.
• When done, there are two options present on the screen: your story and close friend. Just tap on close friends to add the close friend’s story. Wait for a few seconds to post the story completely. 
• Don’t forget that the people who you have added as close friends will be able to know that they are on the list as there will be a green circle around your story.

What Type of Content Should be Posted in the Close Friends Story?

• Tap on the live option and there will be an open camera on it. 
• At the end, there will be a dropdown menu on the screen.
